Our T3000, 301 and 302 series foil heat shields products encapsulate insulation material between stainless steel or Inconel metal foil skins, or in the case of T302, welded direct to the metal substrate. Skins are typically press formed to provide a precision fit with a mating housing surface. Typical applications include combustor cases, bleed air ducting, engine exhaust ducting, hot section components.

T4000 sheet metal insulation cladding systems are designed to survive and perform in the harshest environments, including landfills, methane gas and marine applications. With a unique attachment mechanism and a 16 to 22 gauge shell usable either inside or outside, the total encapsulation achieved is able to withstand impacts, high vibration, chemical and pressure washing and temperatures of 2100°F.
