T4000: Sheet Metal Insulation Cladding

T4000 is our non-contact rigid base metal insulation shield product line, developed to address the concerns of the harshest environments and elements: landfills, methane gas, marine applications, and high corrosion. A unique attachment mechanism and design makes this our most durable product. Metal insulation cladding systems can be designed to fully seal against moisture penetration. With a 16 to 22 gauge shell usable either inside or outside, the total encapsulation achieved is able to withstand liquids and lubricants. InsulTech’s sheet metal insulation cladding are highly durable heat shields that are capable of surviving in challenging applications with either extremely high air flow or harsh environmental factors.
